Arsenal have agreed personal terms with Norwich City transfer target Alexis Claude-Maurice.
According to The Mirror, Arsenal have held talks with the forward and ironed out a potential contract, but are yet to have a bid accepted by Lorient.
The report claims that Arsenal are set to make a third bid for Claude-Maurice, after seeing the first two turned down by the French outfit.
Lorient are said to be looking for a fee in the region of £18m for Claude-Maurice, who is said to be keen on a move to The Emirates.
Claude-Maurice has been linked with a move to Norwich, as Daniel Farke looks to bolster his squad going into the Premier League next season.
However, it appears as though they are missing out on Claude-Maurice, with Arsenal seemingly closing in on the French forward.
Norwich’s only signing of the window so far has been Patrick Roberts on a season-long loan from Manchester City.
