The 24-year old has had an extremely successful season in the Bundesliga 2, scoring 18 goals in 33 appearances to make him the top scorer in the league.
Ducksch was on loan at second-tier side Holstein Kiel and has since returned to parent club and fellow Bundesliga 2 team St Pauli, however the league’s top scorer doesn’t intend on staying there.
The striker was asked about his future on Sky Sports in Germany:
I will definitely not return to St. Pauli
When asked whether he would be returning to Holstein Kiel on a permanent deal, he responded:
That’s still open.
Norwich City will look to rival Holstein Kiel for the Germany U18 international who is intent on a transfer this summer.
