Norwich City striker Cameron Jerome appears to be edging ever closer to securing a move to Derby County.
The former Stoke striker has been linked with a move away from Carrow Road for some time now and, according to a report from the Daily Mail, he is set to undergo a medical with the Rams on Tuesday.
Jerome has served Norwich for some time now and with Nelson Oliveira the preferred option up front, Daniel Farke is seemingly open to selling experienced forward Jerome.

The report from the Daily Mail claims that the Canaries have accepted a bid worth £1.5m for Jerome, however, it’s stated that should Derby reach the Premier League this season, an additional bonus of £500,000 may be paid.
Jerome, 31, has just two goals to his name this season but with Gary Rowett claimed to be keen on adding depth and experience to his Derby side, it seems the forward will make the move to Pride Park this week.
