The youngster was released from Liverpool at the end of the season and has since been looking for a new club to continue his development. Norwich have secured Phillips’ services, and he’ll now look to kick on with the Canaries.

Phillips has been on trial with Daniel Farke’s side in recent times and has also featured prominently in Norwich’s Under-23 side. He has impressed those at the club and has subsequently been rewarded with a professional contract at the club.
The 19-year-old enjoyed a ten-year tenure with Liverpool but failed to make the cut with the Reds.
However, Norwich will be hoping that Liverpool’s loss will be their gain, as they look to bed Phillips in for the upcoming season.
