Norwich City have confirmed the signing of Bosnian international Mario Vrancic.
Vrancic becomes the third signing of the summer for Norwich, following Marley Watkins and Angus Gunn in joining the club.
He has signed a three-year contract with the club.
Vrancic reportedly had a buy-out clause of €750k, which Norwich have triggered and he now looks set for a move to the Canaries.
Following Darmstadt’s relegation from the Bundesliga, the clause activated in his contract allowing Norwich to secure the deal.
The midfielder has been capped six times by Bosnia but played for various Germany teams throughout his international youth.
The 28-year-old started 18 Bundesliga games last season, scoring four and setting up two from midfield.
He was seen as one of the shining lights from the side which finished bottom of the division.
He is also known for his good free-kick and corner taking – something which Norwich have lacked in recent seasons.
