The 28-year-old left-back has signed a two-and-a-half year deal with the Premier League side and there is also the option of an extra year too.
Olsson signed for Norwich in 2013 and went on to play in 129 games.
The move comes just weeks after the Swedish international full-back put pen to paper on a one year extension with the Canaries.
The rumoured fee that Norwich received is thought to be around £5m but of course, neither the buying or selling club will be confirming that.
