Well… what is there to say.
Today was our worst performance of the season, worse than the 6-2 against Newcastle in my opinion. Sunderland were poor today and they still looked far better than us.
I think there are about four players in our entire squad that are good enough to play regular Premier League football; Timm Klose, Jonny Howson, Robbie Brady and Nathan Redmond. The rest are out of their depth, considerably.
There were only two players on the pitch for Norwich today that were even close to being good; Jonny Howson and Nathan Redmond. Why on earth Redmond didn’t start I don’t know.
I am going to give Howson the man of the match because he was the only player on the pitch for Norwich, up until Redmond came on, that actually looked like he wanted to be playing.
He wasn’t particularly bad and worked hard throughout the match. If he had a decent central midfield partner we might actually be able to see more of Howson’s good work.
