Alex Neil refused to confirm or deny whether either of his two new recruits would feature against Liverpool tomorrow while speaking to Norwich’s official website.
Norwich take on the Reds having completed a double swoop for Wolfsburg’s Timm Klose and long-awaited target Steven Naismith from Everton.
Neil confirmed to Norwich City TV that he would be careful with bedding in too many new players at once:
We’ll need to be careful about putting too many new players into the team at one time. Steven is used to playing in the Premier League so I don’t think his transition is going to be too much of a problem. Timm hasn’t trained for a couple of days, so I’ll bear that in mind when I’m selecting the team.
Ivo Pinto, who Norwich signed earlier in the window, has also yet to make his debut for the Canaries so it is possible three debuts could be handed out tomorrow.

Gary O’Neil is ruled out through suspension as he will serve the second match of his three-game ban while right-back Andre Wisdom is ineligible to face his parent club which could open the door for Pinto to start.
Neil confirmed Pinto was up to match sharpness and would be considered:
Ivo is now at the stage where he looks as though he’s ready to be involved. He’ll be in the squad.
Having lost successive games to Stoke and Bournemouth last week, Norwich will look to bounce back against a Liverpool team that they have not beaten since April 1994.
