Dinamo Zagreb right back Ivo Pinto is set to have a medical at Norwich City, ahead of a January transfer, according to reports in Croatia.
The Canaries have reportedly had a bid of €3million accepted by Zagreb and the 25-year-old Portuguese full-back is set to arrive in England to complete the formalities ahead of a switch in the New Year.
Pinto, who can also be deployed as a centre back if needed, has been a mainstay in the Dinamo side, featuring in 21 games already this year.
Having played for his country at various youth levels, he has been called into the Portugal squad in the past, but is yet to make his debut.
Stuttgart and Anderlecht were also linked with a move for Pinto, but it appears that the Premier League club have beaten the continental clubs to the punch and will officially sign the right back in January.
