Norwich midfielder Todd Cantwell is reportedly not an active target for Liverpool despite reports suggesting otherwise.
According to The Independent, Liverpool are keeping tabs on the Canaries midfielder but he is not a target for the Reds at this moment in time.
The Athletic had reported that Liverpool were leading the race to land Cantwell, with Tottenham, Manchester United and Manchester City also said to be interested in the £30m-rated man.

The conflicting reports are interesting, but both claim that Liverpool are – at the very least – keeping an eye on the midfielder.
The latest report says that he is not an active target ahead of the summer, yet things can change very quickly in football so Norwich could be in for a long summer if Liverpool decide to act on their apparent interest.
Cantwell has provided six goals and two assists in the Premier League this season and has broken into the England Under-21 squad as a result.
His impressive goalscoring return could be why teams such as Liverpool and Manchester City are eyeing him up – because he is producing at the top level.
It is now down to whether teams firm up their interest with offers in the summer and give Norwich a problem.
There are still 12 games left to play in the Premier League and Cantwell could have the opportunity to impress the Liverpool scouts further to convince them to make a concrete move for him at the end of the season.
If he can continue to be as productive in front of goal as he has been so far, it could be enough for Liverpool to take a gamble.
Cantwell needs to show that he can do it on a consistent basis and that he has the potential to grow, being only 21, so that he could be a good signing for the Reds.
With the likes of Sadio Mane and Mo Salah currently on the wings for Liverpool, he may not be able to compete for a starting spot but, due to his age, he could be one for the future at Anfield.
