Brazilian legend Kaka has picked out Alisson and Roberto Firmino as two of Liverpool’s key players ahead of their trip to face Norwich.
The Canaries host Liverpool at Carrow Road this weekend and Kaka claims that Alisson and Firmino are the best players in their positions in the world – although he puts Firmino on par with Barcelona’s Luis Suarez.
Speaking to Sky Sports, via The EDP, about Liverpool, Kaka said:
Alisson is the best goalkeeper in the world right now, and Firmino, along with Luis Suarez are the best strikers in the world.
Firmino understands his place on the field and changes his position. He doesn’t stay in the box the whole time, he comes and gets the ball and creates the plays.
For me, as a Brazilian, it’s really good to see them having this great success in the Premier League.

Realistically, Norwich do not need to worry about individual players being a threat at the weekend. Liverpool have better players across the board, as shown by them being top of the league with 24 wins in 25 games and Norwich being bottom with just 18 points.
The reality is, even if Norwich are able to stop Firmino and find a way past Alisson, they will then need to deal with the likes of Gini Wijnaldum, Jordan Henderson, Mo Salah and Sadio Mane.
Liverpool boast an incredible array of talent, whilst Norwich’s squad have only mustered up four wins in the league – 20 less than Liverpool. This shows the huge gulf in quality between the two sides and illustrates why Norwich need to worry about far more than just Alisson and Firmino. They have to worry about Liverpool as a collective unit and their ability to consistently overpower opposition and win games.
That being said, Firmino is an excellent player and has proven that with his performances in the Premier League this season. Firmino has averaged a WhoScored rating of 7.37, which puts him 11th in the context of the entire league, with eight goals and seven assists to his name so far.
his shows that he is one of the top-performing players in the league and someone who could cause Norwich plenty of problems.
