READ NORWICH VERDICT
Losing Onel Hernandez for, at least, three months is a massive blow for Norwich and their chances of survival in the top-flight.
The Cuban winger provided eight goals and nine assists in the Championship last season, a tally only bettered by Teemu Pukki, Emi Buendia and Mario Vrancic in the Norwich team.
Hernandez is one of the few Norwich attackers with genuine pace and drive to get past the fullbacks, with the club’s other forwards better with a defender in front of them – being able to pass and move to try and break down defences.
He offered Farke a different outlet out wide, which proved key throughout last season in the Championship, but now Norwich are going to have to get by without him for the next few months.
