The club have revealed that he will join the League Two side next season as he looks to continue his development.
Bloomfield spent two spells out on loan last season, scoring three goals in 10 games for Scottish side Hamilton before playing once for AFC Flyde during the second half of the season.
The striker joined non-league Fylde in January, but was forced to cut his loan deal short after picking up an injury on his debut.
He will now be hoping for regular minutes in League Two with Crawley next season, to bounce back from a frustrating year.
The 22-year-old joined Norwich in the summer of 2018 from Dagenham and Redbridge for an undisclosed fee.
