Norwich have kicked off their transfer deadline day in style, with the signing of Philip Heise.
The full-back had signed a pre-contract agreement to join the Canaries in the summer, but an arrangement means the 27-year-old will be available for Daniel Farke to deploy for the rest of the season.
Joining from Dynamo Dresden of the German second tier, the left-sided player will provide competition for Jamal Lewis at the left-back spot.

Heise has bounced around various German sides to this point in his career, after starting out as a youth product of Borussia Mönchengladbach. His time as a professional has seen him turn out for Fortuna Dusseldorf, Preussen Munster, Heidenheim, and Stuttgart, before eventually landing with Dresden in 2017.
Two years with the Saxony-based outfit saw the defender make 29 appearances, and Farke will presumably be eager to start working with the Dusseldorf-native to see what he can draw out of him.
