Max Aarons has been named in the England U19 squad for the upcoming fixtures against the Netherlands and Belgium.
The 18-year-old has featured prominently in Norwich’s Carabao Cup campaign so far, playing a full 90 minutes against Stevenage and Cardiff, and even scored his first professional goal in South Wales.

It will mark Aarons’ first international call-up, and will give him the chance to receive his first England cap.
Playing alongside such stars of tomorrow as Manchester City’s Phil Foden and Jadon Sancho of Borussia Dortmund, Aarons will rub shoulders with the best and brightest of young English football.
Comfortable at either right-back or left-back, Aarons offers a level of versatility that will make him well-suited to selection for international football.
