Championship duo Norwich City and Birmingham City are both keen to sign Chelsea youngster Kasey Palmer on loan this summer.
According to the Daily Mail, the two clubs have joined Sheffield United in expressing an interest in the player.
Palmer spent the second half of last season on loan at Derby County after struggling with injuries.

The England youth international started last season on loan at Huddersfield, but injuries prevented him from making an impact.
The midfielder played a key role in Huddersfield’s promotion to the Premier League but missed out on the chance to make a mark in the top flight.
Birmingham have been tracking the player for some time, after expressing an interest in him during the previous January window.
With James Maddison closing in on a move to Leicester City, Norwich will be in the market for a creative midfielder to fill the void that the Englishman will leave.
