James Maddison, speaking to the Telegraph, has spoken about his incredible 2017-18 season with the Canaries.
The midfielder has been the breakout star of the Championship this season, impressing for Daniel Farke’s side in what has really been an underwhelming season.
Speaking to the Telegraph, Maddison spoke about his rise, saying that the talent has always been there, he just needed playing time to show it.

The former Coventry midfielder said:
I didn’t just become this player that can make things happen in the summer. It’s always been there, nothing’s changed but I just needed that chance.
Amid rumours of a potential switch to the Premier League, Maddison said that he is always wanting more, and he cannot be comfortable with just resting on his laurels after a superb 2017/18 season with the Canaries.
You should always want more, If you get comfortable with what you have done, you can never go to that next level.
Links with Liverpool are rife, with Norwich reportedly seeking over £30 million for the midfielder this Summer.
