According to France Bleu, Norwich have made an offer for AC Le Havre youngster, Nathael Julan who has been linked with Crystal Palace, Wolves and Middlesbrough this summer.
Julan has only recently come through the ranks at Le Havre but caught the attention of the Championship side after a number of impressive performances.
Norwich are looking to bring in Julan to add creativity and goals to their side, as they look to secure promotion back to the Premier League, after being relegated back in 2015/16.
Le Havre have brought through many talented players before, with the likes of Paul Pogba, Dimitri Payet, Riyad Mahrez and Benjamin Mendy.
The striker has made 30 appearances for Le Havre, scoring seven goals and he has also already impressed for the club in the second tier of French football.
Julan would be the next arrival in what has been a busy summer for Norwich following the arrival of Daniel Farke.
