Norwich City defender Sean Raggett says that a move to the club was one that just could not turn down.
The Canaries have confirmed that Raggett has become the club’s latest summer signing, joining for an undisclosed fee.
Raggett will now re-join Lincoln on loan until January, as they look to consolidate their position in League Two.
Lincoln won the National League last season, with Raggett being one of the standout players in the division at the back.
Speaking to Norwich’s website, Raggett said this:
I’m delighted to be here as it’s a massive move for me.
It’s a big opportunity in my career and I’m really excited. There’s been a lot of speculation but I’ve just focused on my football and I’m really pleased it’s come off.

Norwich is a huge club and it was a chance I couldn’t turn down. I’ve never played at this level and I’m looking forward to testing myself.
I’ve had a great time at Lincoln and it will be good to go back for the first few months of the season and thank them for what they’ve done for me.
The central defender will now be able to have a season of first-team football ready to come back to Norwich next year.
Raggett becomes Norwich’s 11th signing of the summer, with two weeks still to go in the transfer window.
Marco Stiepermann, Tom Trybull, Angus Gunn, James Husband, Mario Vrancic, Marley Watkins, Christoph Zimmermann, Marcel Franke, Tristan Abrahams and Harrison Reed have also joined this summer.
Norwich travel to face Aston Villa in the Championship on Saturday.
