Norwich’s new head coach Daniel Farke has compared the feeling at Borussia Dortmund with that at Norwich.
The club announced on Thursday morning that Farke has become Norwich’s head coach, joining from Borussia Dortmund II.
Farke led Dortmund II to second in German fourth division, whilst working closely alongside Dortmund first-team coach Thomas Tuchel.
During his time at Dortmund, he also had the chance to coach world-class stars who trained and/or played for his side.

Since signing for Norwich, Farke has claimed that he senses a similar feeling with the Canaries as he did whilst with Dortmund in Germany.
Speaking to The BBC about the similarities between the clubs, Farke said this:
The atmosphere at [Dortmund] is one that always stays together, especially in difficult phases of the season.
I get the same feeling for this club. All the guys are here with so much emotion and are there for the club.
Dortmund are famous in world football for their fantastic support at the Westfalenstadion, with the incredible ‘Yellow Wall’ or as some refer to it ‘the Dortmund Kop’.
Moving from Germany to England – and Dortmund to Norwich – may be a massive switch for Farke. However, he will still be seeing a Yellow army when he steps out into his home stadium for matches.
