Norwich City fans have called for the club to appoint Huddersfield’s David Wagner as the new head coach this summer.
We recently ran a poll on our site to see which of our selected choice of managers the fans would most like to become the club’s head coach.
David Wagner, Alan Irvine, Gary Monk, Jaap Stam, Uwe Rosler and Alan Pardew were the candidates, with Wagner coming out on top.

Wagner topped the duel by winning 79% of the duels voted by fans, with Gary Monk coming in second on 71%.
Alan Pardew was bottom of the pile with 22% and Jaap Stam second from bottom on 28%.
Wagner is currently preparing Huddersfield for the Championship play-offs, which makes a move for him look unlikely for the time being.
Sporting director Stuart Webber intimated that Norwich’s next head coach is still in a job and competing in the play-offs, which could hint toward Wagner.
