Bristol City 1-1 Norwich: Rating the Canaries

Norwich City were held to a draw at Ashton Gate as a scrambled goal helped Bristol City claim a point.

The Canaries were under the cosh for the final ten minutes but were able to hold out for a 1-1 draw against the side who sit in the bottom three of the Championship.

It was a game bereft of quality as neither side were able to cover themselves in glory as the match was engulfed in long-ball tactics and scrappy Championship play.

However, it was a moment of magic from Yanic Wildschut that opened the scoring. The winger picked the ball up on the left before cutting inside a firing a strike into the bottom corner from 22-yards out.

But Norwich were unable to hold on as a goal from Bailey Wright with 12 minutes to go secured a point for the home side when he fired the ball in after a pin-ball in the six-yard box.

Here is how we rated the Canaries…
