Norwich are set to go head-to-head with seven other clubs to secure the signature of Grimsby Town striker Omar Bogle, according to Sky Sports’ Ben Ransom.
The report names only Norwich and Wigan as sides vying for Bogle but says that eight Championship sides are looking to snap him up this month. A separate report from the Football League Paper says that Rotherham United have already made a £350k bid for the 24-year-old.

Bogle has made 25 appearances for The Mariners this season and racked up 18 goals. He is currently the top scorer in League 2, one goal ahead of Barnet’s John Akinde on 17.
Bogle was the hero for Grimsby when they were promoted through the Conference playoffs last season, as the Englishman scored two goals in as many minutes to defeat Forest Green Rovers and secure promotion.
Bogle’s Grimsby currently sit 12th in League 2, five points away from Cambridge United, who occupy the final playoff place.
