Norwich take on MK Dons in the final group game of the EFL Trophy. City’s young stars have already secured their place in the next round, but the result of this match will determine if the Yellows get a home or away draw in the first round of the knockout stages. A win for the Canaries would secure a home draw, and have them end the group stages top with a 100% record. A draw would also see City through, due to their vastly superior goal difference. A defeat would see MK Dons top the group, and Norwich have to play away for the next round.
Norwich’s campaign so far has been extremely successful, with 6-1 and 5-0 wins over Peterborough and Barnet respectively. Many will expect a good result again for Norwich, with MK Dons suffering poor form of late.
