According to A Bola, via Sport Witness, Nelson Oliveira could cost Norwich up to €7m.
Alex Neil confirmed today that a deal for OIiveira is close, with A Bola now claiming that an announcement could come tonight.
The report says that he has already completed his medical and agreed personal terms, with the finer details now being finalised so that an official announcement can be made.

The Portuguese paper also claims that Norwich could end up paying €7m for the striker. It is said that Norwich will pay an initial €3m fee, with €4m in add-ons totalling €7m.
For those of you who are not versed in the current exchange rate – this totals around £5.9m. The initial €3m, however, equates to just £2.5m.
With all things considered, £2.5m for a 25-year-old Portugal international with Championship goals under his belt does appear to be a very good deal for Norwich this summer.
