Norwich City and Blackburn Rovers face off on Saturday afternoon to begin the 2016/17 English Football League season, much to the delight of football fans across the country.
But it is far from the first time the two teams have gone head to head, with the first meeting being way back in 1912. Blackburn have the lead overall however, with 19 wins to Norwich’s 11.
