Norwich City have seen their £2.5m bid for Liverpool’s winger Sergi Canos accepted, according to reports.
As per the Liverpool Echo, the young winger has been given permission to speak to the Canaries after the Norfolk side matched the offer previously made by Bristol City.
However, the Echo believes the Spaniard is currently stalling over a move to Ashton Gate and is now considering his options as he enters his last year of his contract at Liverpool.
The Spaniard joined Liverpool’s youth academy from Barcelona in 2013 but has only made one substitute for the Merseyside outfit, that came against West Brom during the last game of the season during his first season as a professional, although the 19-year-old saw success in London whilst on loan to Brentford.

Whilst on loan with The Bees, Canos contributed seven goals in 38 appearances.
Although he is thought of as promising star for the future for the Reds, the Echo reports that when Jurgen Klopp’s side had previously tried to open negotiations to extending his time at Anfield, his wage demands of £10,000-per-week saw talks quickly break down.
Canos seemingly now has to decide between a move to play regular first team football away from Merseyside or to see out his final year of his contract.
