According to the Bristol Post, Norwich are set to battle for Bournemouth striker Lee Tomlin.
Tomlin spent half of last season on loan at Bristol City, who are thought to be the frontrunners for his signature. Alongside Bristol City, Norwich also face competition from Hull City and Newcastle United to sign the Englishman.

Bristol are believed to have made a £2.5m bid for the 27-year-old, and Tomlin has added fuel to these rumours after tweeting this in response to a Bristol City fan page saying that the bid was in the region of £1.5m.

During his loan spell, Tomlin scored six goals in his 18 appearances for Bristol. Tomlin joined Bournemouth in August 2015 from Middlesbrough for a fee of £3m. He made only 10 appearances and scored once for the Cherries before being deemed surplus to requirements and shipped out on loan to Ashton Gate.
