The games only get bigger and bigger for both Norwich City and Newcastle United, as the two relegation candidates go head to head at Carrow Road on Saturday. The home side will be desperate to not see a repeat of the reverse fixture, where Newcastle smashed Norwich for six in October.
But both teams have changed considerably since then, with the January transfer window providing both clubs the chance to bring in new and improved faces, with both sides seeing a positive change with their new additions.
The likes of Timm Klose, Andros Townsend and Jonjo Shelvey have all made a noticeable difference for their new sides, with the poor form of their predecessors perhaps making it a little too easy for them to walk into the team. Shelvey was even made Newcastle captain shortly after joining, which probably shows just how much they’ve struggled to find a leader on the pitch.
