Norwich City have made a bid of around €9million to FC Utrecht for striker Sebastien Haller, according to reports.
The French U21 international has been in fine form this season in the top flight of Dutch football, scoring 10 goals in 15 appearances, and it looks like he’s done enough to catch the eye of the Norwich scouts.

Haller, who is also being chased by City’s Premier League rivals Sunderland, is said to be keen to stay in the Eredivisie, but the money on offer to his club could be too much for them to turn down.
Ajax are also set to try and make a push for the 21-year-old, and if they do get a bid accepted, it is likely that the striker will choose to stay in Holland.
However, Ajax’s wage structure won’t allow them to compete with the Premier League sides in terms of salary, so it could be difficult for the Frenchman to turn down more money just to stay in Dutch football.
