Tottenham and Manchester City are both interested in a deal to sign Todd Cantwell from Norwich at the end of the season.
According to The Daily Mail, both clubs are keen on the England under-21 international, with Manchester United also said to be keeping tabs on the youngster.
The report claims that it would take a fee in the region of £30m to lure him away from Norwich, after scoring six and assisting two in the Premier League so far this season.
READ NORWICH VERDICT

Relegation is starting to look very likely for Norwich, given they are bottom of the league and seven points adrift of safety, and that means that players are going to leave at the end of the season. Norwich have plenty of talented young players, who the club refused to build around in the summer as they opted against spending more than £750k in the transfer window and now they could be forced to let them leave.
Players like Max Aarons, Emi Buendia and Cantwell may feel as though they deserve to stay in the top-flight, especially given the interest from top four clubs like Tottenham and Man City. If Norwich do sell Cantwell in the summer, or anyone else, it will take some effort from Stuart Webber to replace them.
