Norwich City are set to demand a fee in the region of £45m from Tottenham if they want to land Max Aarons next summer.
According to The Athletic, Norwich value Aarons at around £45m, due to Aaron Wan-Bissaka moving to Manchester United for a similar fee in the last transfer window.
The report claims that he is not available in January, with Spurs having to wait until the summer if they want to bring him in – but they will need to fork out £45m.

Aarons has started 18 of Norwich’s 20 Premier League games and has adapted well to life in the top-flight. The 19-year-old struggled at the start of the season and made a couple of costly errors, but in the last 10 or so games the youngster has picked up the pace and is starting to show why he is so highly-rated.
£45m would make him Norwich’s most expensive ever player, after James Maddison’s £25m move to Leicester, and his form over the last 18 months makes it easy to see why the club want such a figure. He was EFL Young Player of the Year for his fantastic season in the Championship and he has become a regular for England at under-21 level.
