Norwich City sunk to the bottom of the Premier League table as they lost 1-0 to Aston Villa on Boxing Day.
Conor Hourihane scored the only goal of the game as Villa came away with the three points, after a host of missed chances from Norwich.

READ NORWICH VERDICT
Norwich are simply not good enough for the Premier League. They do not have the quality at either end of the pitch to win matches at this level and that has been proven in the first-half of the season.
The club spent £750k in the summer to make their squad Premier League ready. Was that ever going to be enough? Realistically, no. And it has not been. The players signed in the summer were either unproven, injury-prone or not good enough. The lack of investment in the squad has killed any chance of Norwich staying up and looks like it is leading to a third relegation from the top-flight in seven years – under the same board making the same mistakes.
