READ NORWICH VERDICT
Norwich have conceded the second most goals in the division and Godfrey has been on the pitch for every single one of them, which suggests that he would not be a huge miss in the short-term. There is no doubting that he has plenty of potential, at 21, but Norwich could replace him with an experienced, tall, centre-back to partner Christoph Zimmermann and help the Canaries avoid the drop.
If Norwich could receive a club-record fee for Godfrey after an underwhelming start to life in the Premier League it would be great business by the club. It will now be interesting to see whether Arsenal or Tottenham decide to make a serious move for the defender.
