Will he be a huge loss for Norwich?

Absolutely. His achievements in his – relatively – short time at the club are extraordinary, taking the club from financial issues in the Championship to the glory of the Premier League in two years.
He has been key in bringing Daniel Farke to the club as well as restructuring the club from the inside and building a brand new training facility. Webber played a key role in some of the excellent signings in recent seasons, including Teemu Pukki, Emi Buendia and Christoph Zimmermann.
When he leaves, it will take a lot to replace him but the club are sure to have a list of potential people to come in and take his place as and when they are needed.
