Norwich midfielder Mortiz Leitner was pleased with his personal performance against Newcastle at the weekend.
Leitner has said that he was happy with the three points and that he always wants to help the team.
Speaking to The Pink’Un, Leitner said this:
Of course I always want to help the team, I want to play and the coach trusts me and I did alright, we won the game.
I want to help the team in every game but the boss has to decide this.

Leitner completed 95 passes during the game, which is a record in the 20 Premier League matches played so far this season, and impressed alongside Tom Trybull in midfield.
The German was a substitute against Liverpool at Anfield on the opening day, but caught the eye off the bench as he came close to scoring with a strike that smashed off the crossbar late on.
He should be starting every single Premier League match he is available to play this season, as his ability and composure on the ball allows him to dictate the flow of the game – giving Norwich the best chance of controlling the play and picking up maximum points.
