He was a brick wall at the back for the Canaries, as he dominated Joelinton throughout the match, winning the ball in the air and on the floor against the Brazilian forward.
Godfrey constantly covered round the back of Grant Hanley to sweep up in behind and was composed in possession of the ball to start attacks from defence.
