Norwich City were beaten 4-1 by Liverpool on the opening night of the 2019/20 Premier League season on Friday.
The Canaries were 4-0 down at half-time, but produced a much-improved performance in the second-half to provide some hope for the rest of the season.
One player who impressed for Norwich was academy product, and Norfolk-born, Todd Cantwell.
Some Norwich fans took to Twitter to praise the playmaker following the match…

READ NORWICH VERDICT
Cantwell looks a completely different player to the one we saw playing in the Championship for Norwich last season.
He appears far more confident on the ball and is not afraid to express himself and be creative on the ball, whereas last season he tended to pass the ball backwards and play the safe option – which led to just one goal and two assists in the league.
If he continues playing like he did against Liverpool, Cantwell is going to have a great season for Norwich in the Premier League.
