Bushiri will now be able to experience first-team football in England next season, following his arrival at Norwich earlier this summer.
The Canaries signed Bushiri on a long-term deal from Belgian outfit K.V. Oostende and have now sent him out on loan to further develop his game.
Bushiri spent last season on loan to Eupen in the Belgian top-flight, impressing as he played 33 league games for the club.
He will be joined at Blackpool by fellow Norwich defender James Husband, who joined the club on loan earlier in the transfer window after falling out of favour under Daniel Farke.
The Belgian under-21 international, Bushiri, will be hoping to catch Farke’s eye in League One and push for a first-team spot this time next year.
