Hannover have confirmed the signing of Norwich City defender Marcel Franke for an undisclosed fee.
The club have unveiled Franke as their latest signing on their official website, announcing that he signed a three-year deal.

Franke has joined the 2. Bundesliga club on a permanent deal, ending his two-year stay with Norwich.

The German central defender signed for Norwich from Furth in 2017, but only made eight appearances for the Canaries – five coming in the Championship.
Franke was loaned out to Dynamo Dresden for the second half of the 2017/18 campaign and was a regular on loan to Darmstadt last term, impressing in the 2. Bundesliga.
Norwich have now cut their losses and moved him on permanently ahead of their return to the Premier League next season, although the transfer fee is undisclosed.
