Oliveira free to leave Norwich this summer

Norwich City are prepared to let Nelson Oliveira leave the club this summer following the club’s promotion to the Premier League.

According to GetReading, Oliveira is free to leave Norwich this summer after falling out of favour under Daniel Farke.

Oliveira failed to play a single minute for Norwich last season and was sent out on loan to Reading in January.

The Portuguese international struggled with injuries whilst at Reading, but still managed to score three times in 10 appearances for the club in the second half of the campaign.

Oliveira joined Norwich from Benfica in 2016 and scored 15 goals in his first season for the club, before scoring eight times during Farke’s first year at Carrow Road.

The report also claims that Oliveira is currently earning between £20k-£30k at Norwich, which is out of Reading’s price range at this moment in time – leaving Oliveira in need of finding a club for next season.
