The player has impressed in recent times and will step up two divisions this summer by joining the Norwich ranks, initially taking part for the Under-23 team.
Adshead made 10 appearances for Rochdale last season and has signed for the Canaries on a long-term deal as the club look to secure young, exciting prospects.

The young Englishman is only 17, but Norwich appear to believe he has a lot of talent and potential and have secured an early deal for the playmaker.
Adshead scored on his debut for the England Under-18s against the Netherlands, and he also holds the record for being the youngest player to have featured for Rochdale senior team in the EFL trophy, making his debut at just 16-years-old.
