Norwich City central defender Ben Godfrey is set to sign a new five-year contract with the club.
According to Sky Sports, Godfrey is close to agreeing an extension to his current contract.
Godfrey’s current deal is due to expire at the end of the 2020/21 season, having signed a three-year deal last summer.

The defender is now, however, on the verge of committing his future to Norwich until 2024, after an impressive breakthrough season at Carrow Road.
Godfrey started the season as a back-up holding midfielder, before breaking into the side in December as a centre-back – playing every single minute in all competitions through to the end of the campaign.
The report claims that Tottenham, Manchester United and Lyon are all interested in him, with Norwich handing him a new deal to fend off potential bids for his signature in the coming weeks.
Godfrey joined Norwich from York in January 2016 and has made 42 first-team appearances for the club to date.
