Norwich City appear to be on the verge of making their first signing of the 2019/20 season.
The Canaries are set to sign Manchester City winger Patrick Roberts on loan for the campaign, according to Telegraph journalist John Percy.

John Percy reports that Roberts has completed his medical and will become the club’s first signing since the end of last season.
Norwich were promoted to the Premier League as champions of the Championship, after picking up 94 points – five more than Sheffield United and 11 more than Leeds United.
They have now moved swiftly to make the first addition to their squad, as they look to strengthen and prepare for the Premier League.
