Sheffield Wednesday are looking to sell Norwich target Jordan Rhodes due to his £40k-per-week wages.
It was reported earlier this week that Sheffield Wednesday are demanding £7m for Rhodes to leave the club on a permanent deal.
Now, according to The Mirror, Sheffield Wednesday are looking to get rid of him due to his wages, which are said to be around £40k-per-week.

The report claims that Norwich are still hoping to negotiate a lower price for Rhodes, as they look to sign him on a permanent basis following his loan spell at the club.
Rhodes joined Norwich on loan from Sheffield Wednesday and managed to score nine goals in all competitions for the club – including six in the Championship despite starting nine games.
Given Stuart Webber’s comments about the clubs low budget heading into next season, it is unlikely that the club would pay £40k-per-week on wages for Rhodes as a back-up striker.
