Norwich City ended their three-year stay in the Championship as they secured promotion to the Premier League this season.
The Canaries earned promotion with a 2-1 win over Blackburn at Carrow Road last month, before sealing the title with a 2-1 victory against Aston Villa at Villa Park a week later.
Daniel Farke’s men topped the table with 94 points, five ahead of second place Sheffield United and 11 clear of third-place Leeds United – also scoring a league-high 93 goals and only losing six games in the league all season.
Farke will now lead his side into the top-flight next season, with the aim of surviving in the Premier League.
With the transfer window now open, work is surely already underway at Carrow Road as they look to strengthen their squad.
