Norwich City reportedly want to sign Hannover 96 midfielder Marvin Bakalorz on a free transfer.
The experienced German was unable to help his side avoid the drop this season as they succumbed to relegation from the Bundesliga.
Bakalorz sees his contract with Hannover expire at the end of the campaign, meaning that he will be able to join potential suitors on a free transfer should he depart his current club.
According to claims from German news outlet Fussball Transfers, newly-promoted Norwich are among the potential suitors for the midfielder.

Daniel Farke’s side are stated to have joined Bundesliga pair SC Freiburg and FC Augsburg in the hunt to secure Bakalorz’s services ahead of the 2019/20 campaign.
The Canaries will be working within the restrictions of a tight transfer budget this summer and could be keen to delve into the free market for new recruits.
Bakalorz, 29, would add top-flight experience to the ranks and provide another dependable option in the midfield for Farke as he leads Norwich into the Premier League.
