Norwich City are reportedly interested in a deal to sign West Brom midfielder Rekeem Harper this summer.
As reported by The Pink’Un, Norwich and Tottenham are both keen on the talented youngster who has made a name for himself this season.
Harper has burst onto the scene at West Brom in 2019 and impressed with a number of stand-out performances in midfield.

The teenager, in fact, made his first Championship start for West Brom in a 1-1 draw with Norwich back in January.
He played a part in the opening goal for West Brom, spraying the ball out to Mason Holgate who then whipped it in for Dwight Gayle to make it 1-0. Although, Jordan Rhodes later rescued a point as he diverted in Kenny McLean’s cross.
Harper is out of contract this summer and Norwich are hoping that they can land him on a free transfer if West Brom fail to secure promotion via the play-offs.
