Marcel Franke has revealed he is ready to fight for his place at Norwich City after returning from his loan spell at Darmstadt.
The German defender spent this season on loan at 2.Bundesliga side Darmstadt 98, after spending the previous season at Dynamo Dresden.
Franke has only made five appearances for Norwich during his time at Carrow Road and has never really figured in Daniel Farke’s plans since his first few games at the club.

However, speaking to Bild, Franke revealed that he is ready to fight for his place at Norwich with the Canaries gaining promotion to the Premier League.
He said:
I will be back from summer on. I would never forgive myself later if I had not tried to play in the Premier League. I want to do everything to make my dream come true.
The Canaries secured a return to the top flight under Farke, with Christoph Zimmermann and Ben Godfrey establishing themselves as Norwich’s central defenders under Farke’s reign.
