Norwich City have confirmed that head coach Daniel Farke has signed a new contract with the club.

Farke has put pen to paper on a new three-year deal, committing his future to Norwich.

The German’s previous deal was due to expire in the summer, after he signed a two-year deal upon his arrival to Norfolk in the summer of 2017.

Norwich announced the deal on the pitch in front of the crowd, ahead of their game against Hull on Wednesday night – a match which they went on to win 3-2.

Farke led Norwich to a 14th-place finish in the Championship last season, but was given time to turn the club around and they now sit top of the table with nine games left to play.
